In short
We keep what the app needs to read to you and to sync between your devices, nothing more. No ads, no trackers, no selling of data.
What we store
Your account: your email address, used to sign in with a one-time code.
Your library: the documents you add, your bookmarks, listening progress and settings.
Audio: the speech made from your documents, kept so it plays instantly the next time.
Your voice, if you make one: the recordings you read and the voice built from them. Only you can use it.
What we don’t do
No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no selling or sharing of your data for marketing.
We don’t use your documents or recordings to train models.
Who handles it
Cloudflare hosts the website and the app and stores documents and audio. Supabase stores accounts and sync data. Hugging Face runs the voice models that make the audio. Brevo sends sign-in emails.
Each of them processes data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Your documents, progress and voice stay until you delete them or your account.
Audio made with standard voices is deleted automatically after 90 days and made again if you play it later.
Cookies and storage
The app keeps you signed in and stores audio on your device so it plays again without downloading. This website sets no cookies.
Your choices
You can see, export and delete your documents and voices in the app at any time.
To delete your account or ask anything about your data, write to help@streams.watch. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top and explain important changes in the app. The full history is on GitHub.
